Rob Takala - Operations Manager

Rob started his swabbing career with Swab-Co Inc. in 2004 and stayed with the company after it was acquired by Enseco Energy. In 2010, Rob joined the Bonnetts Team. After spending his first year at Bonnetts in the field, Rob was promoted to Base Manager and then Operations Manager for Silverline Swabbing in Grande Prairie.

Clayton Huth - Fort St. John Base Manager

Clayton started his oilfield career in 2005, working for Halliburton. He gained knowledge and experience working across Western Canada as a Cementing field supervisor over the next 13 years. Making a career switch, he then joined S&S Turbines Services as a Turbine Tech/Shop Foreman.

For five years, he rebuilt various flight and industrial gas turbine engines there. Clayton joined Bonnetts in 2023, and after working in the field as a Rig Assistant running a Swab Rig, he was promoted to the Bonnetts management team as a Base Manager for Silverline Swabbing.

Kyle Jussila - Field Supervisor

Kyle started his career with Silverline Swabbing in 2011 as a Rig Assistant. After two years, Silverline Swabbing promoted him to Rig Manager, and he remained in that position for the next ten years. Kyle was promoted to his current position as Field Supervisor in 2023.

Jerry Shepelwik - Dispatch

Jerry started his Oilfield career in 1995 on the service rigs for Mountain Well Services. After spending 19 years on the rigs, Jerry worked his way to a Field Supervisor position. There, he gained knowledge and experience working across Western Canada. Jerry joined Bonnetts in 2014 and, after running a swab rig in the field for three years, was promoted to the Bonnetts management team as Dispatch for Silverline Swabbing.
