Kent grew up on a grain farm in Valhalla Centre AB and from a young age was taught the value of hard work. After graduating high school Kent started at Bonnett’s wireline in 2001 as a wireline assistant. Kent left the company in the fall of 2001 and in 2002 began running wireline trucks and worked his way up from Jr operator to Senior supervisor. In 2010 Kent joined the Redneckz team as a Senior supervisor and in 2023 Kent moved into the office as the Operations Support Mangager, in 2025 Kent took the position as Operation Manager. He brings extensive experience in high-pressure 10k equipment, critical sour, fishing, casing work, and boom truck certification.

Greg started in wireline in 1989 he has extensive experience in all aspects of wireline, Greg has worked out of Grande Prairie AB, Zama AB, Grande Cache AB & Libia. Greg started with Redneckz in 2006 as a field supervisor. Working in all these different areas has given Greg a vast knowledge of all different types of wells and areas. With deep high-pressure wells to shallow low-pressure wells, Otis, Baker, critical sour & fishing in tubing & casing. Greg moved into the Operations Support Manager position in September 2025.
